CREDIT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's credit operations. Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing the entire credit application process, from initial assessment to final approval. You will work closely with our team of credit analysts and underwriters to ensure that credit applications are processed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with timely updates and resolving any credit-related inquiries or issues they may have.

• Manage and oversee the credit application process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Work closely with credit analysts and underwriters to assess and approve credit applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and resolving credit-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth credit operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit management.
• Provide training and support to junior credit operation staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present credit-related reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound credit decisions.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in processing credit applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
