CREDIT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee credit operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role is key to maintaining positive relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar credit operation or customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of credit processes, including credit checks, approvals, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy in credit operations.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and credit management software is essential.
