CREDIT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle credit-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their credit operations, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding credit operations.
• Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex credit-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Monitor and analyze credit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations to enhance service delivery.
• Provide regular reports and insights on credit operations to the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring a high level of customer service across the department.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in credit operations.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
