CREDIT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee credit-related processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be the point of contact for customers and internal teams, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding credit-related matters.
• Process and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and make informed decisions on credit approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for credit operations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Monitor and manage credit limits, identifying potential risks and taking appropriate actions.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes related to credit operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit management.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on credit processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit processes, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and credit management software.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.
