CREDIT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

The Credit Operation Executive will play a vital role in handling credit-related inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. They will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking credit solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on credit products and services.
• Process credit applications, perform credit checks, and make informed decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless credit operations and customer journey.
• Monitor and analyze credit performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in credit operations.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on credit processes.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and implement innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in credit operations.
