CREDIT OPERATION EXECUTIVE

As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide efficient and accurate solutions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience. • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to their queries and concerns.

• Process credit applications, perform credit checks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the credit team to assess and approve credit limits for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service best practices and procedures.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Previous experience in a customer service or credit-related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Basic understanding of credit processes and regulations is an advantage.
