Job Summary

 iControl Platform Lead (L3) Tools Transformation – iControl Platform Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience: 10–12 Years Role Summary The iControl Platform Lead (L3) will be responsible for leading platform transformation, governance, adoption, and optimization initiatives for the iControl platform. The role will provide technical and operational leadership, ensuring the platform delivers business value through improved governance, visibility, automation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities Lead the implementation, transformation, and adoption of the iControl platform across the organization. Define platform strategy, governance standards, operating models, and onboarding frameworks. Drive process onboarding, workflow standardization, and integration activities across infrastructure, cloud, workplace, application, and service management domains. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and modernize operational processes through platform capabilities. Oversee platform administration, upgrades, configuration management, security, and performance optimization activities. Lead platform integration initiatives with ServiceNow, monitoring tools, automation platforms, reporting solutions, and enterprise systems. Develop governance dashboards, executive reporting, platform KPIs, and operational metrics. Provide technical leadership during platform incidents, escalations, and major transformation activities. Ensure compliance with security, audit, risk, and operational governance requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation adoption, platform optimization, and service maturity improvements. Mentor operational and engineering teams while promoting platform best practices and standards.
