- Execution of production process as per SOPs and Batch manufacturing records
- Raw material receipt and transfer to production area.
- Buffer preparation as per SOPs.
- Operation and Maintenance of process equipment.
- Supervise the cleaning of the facility.
- Operation of vessels and SIP/CIP skid.
- Coordination with engineering department to ensure Pressure differentials, Temperature and humidity are as per limits.
- Sampling of In process steps and sending samples to QC.
- Plasma fractionation experience mandatory.
