III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Nursing Quality Accreditations: ? Monthly audits ? Preparation of reports ? Closure of observation & non-compliance Audits & QI projects ? Preparation of audit schedule ? Carry out routine audits of departments ? Closure of Non conformities ? Quality projects Nursing Excellence ? Updation of Quality flash on daily basis. ? Checks for the incidence forms and their completeness ? 'Closure of all incidents with RCA & CAPA (within TAT) ? Incident reporting through online Nursing Policies and Standards ? Dissemination, Implementation ? Timely progress of accreditation activities as per plan ? 2 QI projects V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications ? MHA, BPT, MPT, GNM,B. Sc. Nursing & M Sc Nursing Experience ? 2-5 years of experience Language Skills ? English ? Hindi VI.
