Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and other factory requirements.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality and delivery.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
- Manage stores, inventory, inward and outward movements.
- Maintain proper stock levels and minimize excess, shortage and wastage.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier payments and pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance and Management.
- Ensure proper documentation, stock records and inventory controls.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain reliable supplier/vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase procedures and controls.
