Personal Assistant for a Domestic Limited-Liability Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)

• Clean, organize, and manage email inboxes across multiple accounts (primary initial task, ~2 months) • Review, prioritize, and flag important emails for attention •Draft and send email responses with approval -Handle administrative tasks across 2–3 business inboxes • Manage travel and conference logistics (booking hotels, flights, travel arrangements) • Product procurement and research for skate shop (sourcing parts, checking vendors, product research) • Market research and vendor research as requested -Assist with document preparation (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.) • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) with guidance • General task implementation and delegation following written instructions • Support across multiple businesses and operations • Post pre-made content on social media platforms • Assist with procuring Web Developer & Video Editors for project based work, and present for approvals
