Manager - Marketing (Branding)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with the hospital’s business objectives.
• Plan and manage hospital branding campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding requirements, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage creative agencies, vendors, designers, printers, and other external partners.
• Ensure consistency of hospital brand identity across all communication and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute outdoor branding, in-hospital branding, print, digital, and promotional campaigns.
• Support digital marketing activities including social media, website content, and online campaigns.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for campaigns, health awareness programs, and medical communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on branding and marketing activities.
• Manage branding budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spends.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify branding and promotional opportunities.
• Ensure all communication and creatives follow the organization’s brand guidelines and approval process.
