• No prior cybersecurity experience is required. Selected candidates will undergo structured technical training and work directly with Japanese customers.

Role Overview

• As a Japanese Language Associate – Cyber Security Managed Services, you will be trained on enterprise security technologies and will support Japanese customers in monitoring, managing, and improving their IT security environments.
• This role combines Japanese language expertise with cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and offers an excellent long-term career path in IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese language support for Cyber Security Managed Services projects.
• Monitor security alerts and incidents using enterprise security platforms.
• Communicate with Japanese customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare security reports and documentation in Japanese and English.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Support ticket management and incident tracking.
• Assist in infrastructure and security monitoring activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in technical training and certification programs.
• Continuously enhance technical and Japanese business communication skills.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline
• Engineering graduates (B.E./B.Tech.) preferred
• BCA, B.Sc., MCA and other graduates with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Japanese Language Requirements

• JLPT N2 or JLPT N3 certification
• Excellent spoken Japanese
• Good written Japanese
• Ability to communicate confidently with Japanese customers

English Requirements

• Good spoken English
• Good written English
• Ability to prepare emails and technical documentation

Required Skills:

• Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, Routing, Firewalls
• Windows, Linux administration
• AWS/Azure security fundamentals
• Security concepts: MITRE ATT&CK, CVE, NIST, OWASP
• Python, Bash, PowerShell automation
• Japanese communication (N2/N1 preferred) (initially N3 is fine) – key is finding someone who wants to go into infra / IT support

Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:
