INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Tracking & Management:

• Maintain real-time inventory records using inventory software.
• Monitor daily stock levels across all locations (factory, warehouse, and outlets).
• Reconcile physical stock with system stock periodically.

1. Goods Receiving & Dispatch:

• Verify received goods against purchase orders.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials to outlets as per requisitions.
• Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue slips accurately.

1. Stock Audits & Reporting:

• Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock audits.
• Prepare stock variance reports and analyze discrepancies.
• Share daily/weekly inventory reports with the management.

1. Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Outlet Managers to manage stock flow.
• Follow up on stock requests and provide timely updates.

1. Loss Prevention & Quality Control:

• Identify and report slow-moving, expired, or damaged stock.
• Monitor wastage and pilferage trends and suggest preventive actions.

1. System & Process Compliance:

• Use ERP/Inventory management system
• Follow SOPs for stock movement, documentation, and data entry.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, stock software/ERP.
• Knowledge of FMCG or food industry inventory practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field (B.Com/BBA preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in inventory/storekeeping roles, preferably in food/retail sector.
