        • Referral network building
        • Implementor of process
        • Shared responsibility in section of VCs
        • Building max network
          1. Marketing
            • Marketing of the department
            • Marketing of the institute

 
  

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Measurable Deliverables 

  • To be available for all emergency situation visible in the hospital.
  • Negative Patient Feedback not more than 2 cases in a year.
  • 100% Medical Documentation.
  • TAT’s as per NABH & IMS, Sparsh and other quality initiatives.
