About this role

  1.  Facilitate staff onboarding process
  2. ​Manage staff documentation and filing processes


Requirements


  1. Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires
  2. Maintain physical & electronic records of staff documentation.
  3. Liaise with HRBPs on outstanding documentation in staff files
  4. Manage background check process
  5. Ensure outsourced members of staff are confirmed on due date.
  6. Ensure safe keeping of staff files
  7. Ensure resolution or escalation of employee’s complaints within 48 hours.
  8. Provide periodic reports on confirmation status
