Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a professional and personable Customer Account Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping manage accounts, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure each interaction delivers a positive experience. You will work closely with customers and internal team members to maintain strong relationships and support day-to-day account needs.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information.
Assist customers with account-related requests, updates, and general inquiries.
Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and organized customer and account records.
Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
Support account retention and overall customer relationship initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of company services, processes, and account procedures.
Perform additional customer support and account management duties as needed.
