Admin Assistant for an Automation Services in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Provide general day-to-day administrative support • Assist client with his daily workload and keep track of outstanding tasks • Follow up and chase information, paperwork and tasks that need to be completed • Check job cards in Fergus to ensure they have been completed correctly and contain the information required for invoicing • Check timesheets for accuracy and completeness • Keep job and customer information up to date • Update and maintain records in Fergus and Xero • Use WhatsApp for day-to-day communication and follow-ups where required • Follow up outstanding information where required • Help ensure jobs are properly documented and ready for invoicing • Maintain organised and accurate administration • Assist with other general administrative tasks as required
