About this role
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Workshop Administrator to join Ritchies, at our Rotorua Depot on a permanent basis, 30 hours per week. This role reports into the Workshop Manager.
You will oversee and undertake the day-to-day operation of the workshop administration tasks– VMS being the primary system for workshop & maintenance operations. You will also be responsible for department purchasing, stock control (including stock takes), and booking in the fleet with external repairers/contractors as required.

About You
You are an administrator who takes pride in your work. You're used to juggling multiple priorities and have great time management skills.
You've got a genuine interest in public transport and/or mechanics and can pick up the lingo with ease.
You’re a great team player and can communicate with a variety of people and groups in a manner that is concise and easy to understand. You take health and safety seriously and are an advocate for it’s importance.
