Job Summary

Job Title SME – Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management / Modern Workplace) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Microsoft Intune and Modern Workplace technologies responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in the administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions. The SME manages device enrolment, application deployment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint protection to ensure secure and efficient management of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows lifecycle management, application deployment, automation, and enterprise endpoint security, along with proven experience in transition management and service transformation. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Manage device enrolment using Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, and other enrolment methods. Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and Conditional Access integrations. Lead end-to-end transition activities for Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management services. Led end-to-end service transition activities by developing Transition Plans, coordinating Knowledge Transfer (KT), and ensuring operational readiness for production handover.  Prepared and maintained key transition documentation, including Operational Readiness Checklists (ORC), Service Handover Documents, As-Built Documentation, and Support Matrix (RACI). Managed Risk & Issue Registers, tracked dependencies, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure successful transition execution.
