Servicenow Architect

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide end-to-end technical leadership and strategic ownership of our ServiceNow ecosystem. This individual will serve as the primary architecture authority for the platform, partnering closely with customers, ServiceNow product teams, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap. The role requires a leader who can stabilize and scale platform delivery, drive customer engagement, oversee architecture governance, accelerate module adoption, and provide strategic guidance on emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI-powered solutions such as AI Control Tower. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving delivery predictability, enabling scalable resource ramp-up, and ensuring alignment between technology investments, business outcomes, and revenue objectives

Skill Requirements

 Key Responsibilities : Platform Ownership & Architecture Leadership Own the overall architecture, governance, and technical strategy of the ServiceNow ecosystem. Define target-state architecture and multi-year ServiceNow roadmap aligned with customer and business objectives. Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance controls, and best practices. Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical decision-making across the ServiceNow landscape. Customer & Executive Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary technical advisor for customers and executive stakeholders. Engage with customer leadership teams to understand strategic priorities and transform them into executable roadmaps. Collaborate directly with ServiceNow product and solution teams to influence platform direction and maximize value realization. Present architectural recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership. Delivery Enablement & Scaling Drive delivery excellence across ServiceNow programs and workstreams. Establish scalable operating models to support fluctuating demand and dynamic asset procurement requirements. Enable rapid onboarding and ramp-up of engineering resources through reusable frameworks, standards, templates, and governance processes. Partner with delivery and resource management teams to forecast workload, capacity, and skill requirements.
