What You Will Do
- Execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets.
- Support the development and implementation of local sales strategies by identifying market needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, business partners, and distributors to grow market share.
- Prospect and secure new customer accounts to expand the territory customer base.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to identify opportunities and address business challenges.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer purchasing behaviors, and competitor activities, and provide regular business insights.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve service quality and support portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and achieve territory objectives.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in a Territory Supervisor or similar commercial role.
- Experience in the healthcare products or medical device industry, with direct exposure to implantable devices and consumable products sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Direct sales experience in Endoscopy products is highly advantageous.
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, or channel partners
