Ambulance Operations

• Prepare ambulances for emergency and scheduled patient transfers.
• Check and maintain ambulance equipment, oxygen cylinders, stretchers, and emergency supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards inside the ambulance.
• Verify availability and functionality of medical equipment before each deployment.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and ambulance usage.
• Complete transportation logs and incident reports as required.
• Coordinate with hospital departments, control room, and receiving facilities for smooth patient transfers.
• Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and healthcare professionals.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow hospital policies, EMS protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices.
• Participate in emergency drills, training programs, and continuous skill development.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Ambulance Technician, or Allied Health Sciences.
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ambulance services, emergency care, or hospital emergency departments.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and basic patient care.
