Technician 2, Facilities

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Access to some manufacturing methodologies and proprietary process information
• Jointly responsible, with the production staff of AO, QA sections, and process engineering team
• Sometime have to work with Supplier, Contractor and authority staff

 

Education & Experience

• Vocational Intermediate or College in Electrical Engineering or Mechanic or Water treatment or related.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the operation and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, cleanroom, building systems, low-voltage electrical systems, exhaust and ventilation systems, air compressors, vacuum systems, BMS, DI water, and wastewater treatment systems.

 

Skills

• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems used in factories
• Able to troubleshoot, operation, maintenance for Facilities
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, lockout/tagout, and safety standards

 

Working Conditions

Shift work as assigned by Senior Engineer, Facilities to be assigned by higher position.

Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals

Works in standard office/manufacturing environment

Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, leadership, good initiative, and readiness for changes are essential demands at work
