Team Lead, Talent Sourcing

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Talent Sourcing across the country, coordinating sourcing activities and priorities to support business hiring demands.
• Manage sourcing hiring targets and SLA performance, ensuring sourcing deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, job centers, sourcing channels, and recruitment partner networks to ensure continuous candidate availability.
• Lead job fairs, sourcing events, and country-level sourcing campaigns to strengthen talent attraction and support critical hiring needs.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR stakeholders, and external recruitment partners to align sourcing priorities, resolve issues, and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Monitor sourcing performance and market conditions, identify gaps, and recommend practical actions to support hiring continuity.
   

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, prefer in one of following major: Human Resources Management, Foreign Languages, Business and Economics, Law, Social Sciences and Humanities.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, and recruitment for multiple functions and/or high-volume hiring.
• Experience managing sourcing targets, SLAs, recruitment channels, or external recruitment partners is preferred.
• Experience leading job fairs, recruitment campaigns, talent events, or employer branding activities is an advantage.
