Responsibilities
* Lead structural design and analysis of high-rise and mega projects.
* Review and optimize complex RCC structural systems.
* Manage design deliverables using ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.
* Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
* Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.
* Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues.
## Requirements
* 16-20 years of core experience in the structural design of high-rise buildings.
* Advanced expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.
* Strong command of IS codes and international design practices.
* Proven track record of handling large-scale mega projects and leading design teams.
