  • Surveillance check &raising NCR/Observation of contractor’s work, Issuing punch points to loop files
  • Organizing monthly quality meetings with PMC, Contractors, Reporting quality statistics to management.
  • Carrying out vendor quality Inspection & improvement program by quality training to vendor’s engineers, technical discussion with vendors prior to placement of purchase order.
  • Identifying improvement areas by technical &QMS audits and highlighting the same to the top management in the review meeting.
  • Established Welding Procedures for various materials like Structural Steel, LTCS, LAS, Stainless Steel.

Proficient in maintaining quality standards for in process, incoming materials, ensuring stringent

adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective actions.

Proven track record in implementing cost saving measures to develop manpower skills, safety

measures and ensuring compliance of various quality measures.
