Store Executive- AMINGAON

Role:

§ To implement proper inventory management and maintain stores as per standard operating processes at the factory store of Cama Electricals

Job Responsibilities:

·         

·        Supervises efficient receipt of incoming materials in accordance with Standard Operating Processes (SOPs)

o   Supervises unloading of incoming materials from vehicles without any damage or pilfergae

o   Supervises physical verification of all incoming materials as per the Unit of Measurement (UoM)

o   Tallies physical quantity with purchase bill and escalates variances

o   Creates GRN and submits to purchase team

o   Supervises segregation of raw material, packaging materials, tools and spares, consumables during entry and exit from the stores

o   Supervises stacking as per norms to eliminate damage and pilferage

o   Maintains log book and digitised records

·        Supervises efficient issue of materials from the stores:

o   Tallies material requisition from the production shop floor

o   Supervises identification and segregation of all materials as per the requisition

o   Prepares digitised Inventory Transfer Note as per the following classifications:

−        Raw material

−        Packing material

o   Prepares digitised Goods Issue Note as per the following classifications:

−        Spares and Tools

−        Consumables

·        Supervises receiving of returns from the shop floor to the stores:

o   Tallies inventory transfer request from the production shop floor and physical inventory being returned

o   Supervises appropriate segregation and stacking of all returned materials

·        Takes responsibility for initiating reorder of inventory:

o   Tracks inventory levels and matches with minimum stock levels

o   Conducts random verification of physical stock to match with the system

o   Raises purchase indent and submits the same to the purchase team

·        Implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·        Manages talent under jurisdiction:

o   Monitors attendance, deployment, discipline and productivity of own and contractual teams

o   Identifies training needs and facilitates learning and development 

·        Implements statutory compliances including health, safety, environment guidelines towards achieving zero harm

o   Keeps entry and exit points of stores free from all encumbrance

o   Adheres to all fire safety norms

o   Facilitates safety training of own and contractual teams to improve awareness

o   Tracks usage of applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) and escalates non compliance

o   Reports safety incidents and near misses during maintenance and project work

·        Participates in improvement projects through cross functional collaboration:

·        Keeps self, updated through continuous learning and critical exposure to contribute to current and future business imperatives

·        Performs all such duties required for this role as per the changing business requirements and strategic objectives of the Organisation
