Position: Staff Nurse – Nursing
Department: Nursing
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
Experience: Freshers to experienced candidates, depending on the vacancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and compassionate bedside patient care.
• Assess and monitor patient health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and prescribed treatments.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication charts and patient records.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures and emergencies.
• Perform nursing assessments and point-of-care tests.
• Monitor intake/output and treatment response.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Operate and care for medical equipment.
• Maintain department inventory and supplies.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety and hospital SOPs.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy, laboratory and other hospital departments.
• Attend handover and regular nursing training/in-service education.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
