Are you a creative Saudi graduate with a passion for digital content, visual storytelling, and social media? We are a leading lighting solutions company in Riyadh looking for a motivated Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our team through the Tamheer Program (HRDF).

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, capturing project highlights, and exploring innovative technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts. You will play a key role in showcasing our products, installations, and brand identity across multiple online platforms while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create, capture, and edit high-quality photo and video content featuring products, completed projects, and company activities.
• Develop engaging content that reflects the brand's identity and communicates the value of our lighting solutions.
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and content effectiveness.
• Explore and utilize AI-powered creative tools to support content creation and generate innovative visual concepts.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, content formats, and industry best practices.

Tamheer Eligibility Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Diploma (minimum one academic year) or Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Unemployed for at least six months.
• Not currently registered with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance).
• Not previously enrolled in the Tamheer Program.
• Based in Riyadh (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Female candidates are preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
