Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and brand visibility. Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create engaging, high-quality content (copy, graphics, videos) tailored to real estate audiences and campaign goals. Execute and monitor SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic and paid search performance. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms. Support email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, campaign design, and A/B testing. Collaborate with the sales and property teams to align marketing efforts with current listings and market trends. Track KPIs and generate regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate market dynamics to maintain competitive edge. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduate preferred). Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content development. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
