This role demands an on-site professional capable of deeply understanding the clinic's medical offerings while producing engaging content and overseeing paid advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven marketing, driving patient acquisition through strategic campaigns and high-quality visual media. Responsibilities Oversee and refine advertising strategies across Meta platforms, specifically targeting Instagram and Facebook. Execute and monitor Google Ads initiatives, including the management of Google Business Profile listings. Design and launch targeted lead-generation campaigns for specialized services such as hair transplants, Botox, dermal fillers, skin therapies, laser hair removal, and HIFU treatments. Analyze key performance indicators, including cost per lead, inquiry volume, consultation rates, and overall campaign efficacy. Produce short-form video content and Reels on-site within the clinic environment. Film and record medical professionals explaining various procedures and treatments. Post-produce Reels, before-and-after documentation, and promotional materials using professional editing tools. Curate and develop trending content tailored for the Instagram audience. Generate fresh concepts for campaigns and video reels on a weekly basis. Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to schedule and execute content production sessions. Maintain and update the social media publishing schedule for Instagram and Facebook. Perform fundamental graphic design tasks using Canva. Conduct market research to track competitor activities and identify emerging social media trends. Requirements Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with Instagram features, Reels functionality, and current social media trends. Ability to capture high-quality video footage using smartphones or professional cameras. Skilled in video editing using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup and optimization. Competence in navigating and managing Google Ads platforms. A creative mindset with a proven track record of generating innovative marketing ideas. Capability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance rather than relying on simple post boosting. Comfortability appearing on camera and directing medical staff or patients during filming. A genuine interest in the beauty, dermatology, aesthetic, or healthcare marketing sectors. While prior experience is beneficial, practical skills, creativity, and the ability to execute tasks effectively are prioritized over formal academic degrees.
