Job Summary
ServiceNow Test Engineer Role Summary The Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across ServiceNow implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and platform releases. The role will also include validation of AI-generated outcomes and automated testing. Experience • Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow testing experience • Experience within regulated European enterprises • Experience with AI validation and test automation Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and AI validation test cases • Implement automated testing using ATF and enterprise testing frameworks • Validate AI-generated recommendations, prompts, and agent responses • Perform release assurance and quality governance activities • Support UAT and production deployment readiness reviews • Ensure auditability and traceability of testing activities Required Skills • ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) • Functional and Integration Testing • API Testing • AI Validation Testing • Defect Management • Release Assurance Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ISTQB • ServiceNow ATF Certification
