Now Assist / AI Agent Developer Role Summary The AI Agent Developer will design, develop, and configure AI-driven workflows within ServiceNow using Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, prompt engineering, and workflow automation capabilities. The role will focus on delivering productivity improvements through intelligent automation while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance. • Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap
• Design scalable ServiceNow platform landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance
• Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities
• Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, operational resilience, audit, security, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards
