Job Summary
Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (AWS/Azure) – Data Analytics & DevOps Required Experience: 8+ years Must-Have Skills: Expert-level experience supporting AWS and Azure cloud platforms for enterprise-scale Data Analytics workloads. Strong hands-on expertise in Python and TypeScript development. Advanced experience with AWS CDK / Infrastructure as Code development and automation. Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and cloud-native architecture. Strong Unix/Linux scripting (Shell/Bash/Python automation) and troubleshooting skills. Experience with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, ECS/EKS, Azure Functions, AKS, API Gateway, IAM, Networking, Monitoring, and Security. Proven experience in platform reliability, automation, observability, and production support. Preferred: Experience with large-scale data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Redshift, Synapse). SRE/Resiliency Engineering experience, including monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and incident management. Looking for: A hands-on engineer who can design, develop, automate, and support cloud platforms, with strong coding skills and deep expertise in AWS/Azure ecosystems.
