Job Summary : Nexthink DEX Lead Position Title Nexthink DEX Lead Experience 5-10 Years of relevant experience in Nexthink domain Location Noida / Chennai Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink DEX Lead/Architect and Automation SME to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Nexthink across a global IT environment. The role will focus on driving proactive IT operations, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) improvements, automation, and self-healing capabilities to enhance service quality and reduce operational effort. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority for the Nexthink platform, defining architecture standards, developing enterprise automation frameworks, and leading Digital Employee Experience initiatives. This role will leverage Nexthink\'s capabilities to proactively identify issues, automate remediation, improve employee productivity, and provide actionable insights to IT leadership through advanced analytics and reporting. Key Responsibilities Nexthink Architecture & Platform Leadership • Lead the architecture, design, deployment, implementation, and optimization of the Nexthink Infinity Platform. • Define platform governance, architectural standards, scalability, and best practices. • Act as the primary SME for Nexthink Architecture, Infinity Platform, Engage, Act, and Flow modules. • Drive enterprise-wide DEX transformation initiatives and strategic roadmap development. • Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence. Digital Employee Experience (DEX) • Design and implement DEX monitoring and experience management frameworks. • Define, track, and enhance Digital Experience Indicators (DEX KPIs). • Build executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder-focused analytics. • Identify and eliminate employee experience pain points through proactive monitoring and remediation. • Develop insights-driven strategies to improve user productivity and satisfaction. Automation & Self-Healing • Design and implement automation and self-healing solutions using Nexthink Flow, Remote Actions, and PowerShell. • Develop event-driven remediation workflows to proactively resolve endpoint issues. • Create scalable automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. • Establish automation governance, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management practices. • Drive continuous improvements in proactive remediation capabilities. Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting • Develop advanced Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, and reporting solutions. • Utilize Nexthink Query Language (NQL) to create complex analytics, custom reporting, and operational insights. • Analyze endpoint performance, application experience, user sentiment, and device health. • Present business-focused DEX insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. EUC & VDI Experience Management • Monitor and optimize End User Computing (EUC) environments using Nexthink. • Leverage Nexthink Session-Based Monitoring capabilities to assess user experience across VDI platforms. • Analyze login performance, session quality, application responsiveness, and endpoint utilization. • Collaborate with Azure Virtual Desktop teams to improve digital workplace experience. Integrations & Service Management • Integrate Nexthink with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Aisera, Microsoft technologies, and endpoint management solutions. • Build automated workflows and orchestration capabilities across ITSM and endpoint management ecosystems. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Security, Workplace, and Operations teams to deliver seamless service experiences. Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Nexthink engineers and analysts. • Establish operational standards, documentation, and governance frameworks. • Lead executive reviews, service improvement discussions, and strategic roadmap planning. • Engage with bus
