Senior Vice President - Corporate Business

Principal Accountabilities: (3 to 4 major accountability in brief)

• Market Research: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities or adjust strategies accordingly
• Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities and generating business leads to conversion
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conducting product presentations, discussing the benefits, and negotiating pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
• Pipeline Management: Managing and tracking the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities
• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas as mutually agreed
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. This often includes using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads and sales.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinating with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes and to maximize client satisfaction.
• Follow-ups and After-Sales Service: Ensuring clients are happy with their purchases, addressing post-sale issues, and seeking opportunities for repeat business.
• Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback to management about customer preferences, industry trends, and sales strategies, which could help improve overall business performance.
