Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

• Experience in cloud enterprise BI platform architecture, including data integration, data warehousing, analytics, visualization, and governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex reporting, data, and platform-related issues.
• Experience in Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using SAP BusinessObjects.
• Experience in design and develop Universes using Information Design Tool (IDT) and Universe Design Tool (UDT).
• Experience in creating universes on Databricks data sources and optimize semantic layers for enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Experience in develop, enhance, and support SAP BusinessObjects reports using Web Intelligence (WebI) and Crystal Reports.
• Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, using JIRA for requirement and project updates to stakeholders.  
• Experience in developing SAP BusinessObjects Universe and reports based on SAP BW/BEx Queries.
• Experience in writing SQL queries to validate data accuracy, perform data reconciliation, and resolve end-user data quality issues.
• Modernize legacy reporting environments by converting Universes from UDT (.unv) to IDT (.unx) and remapping reports to the new semantic layer.
• Develop and maintain data models, including joins, contexts, aliases, derived tables, row level, object level securities in the universe structure.
• Experience in SAP BusinessObjects BI platform upgrade projects, including environment assessment, migration planning, testing, validation, and production deployment.
• Experience in working with Business analyst to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Manage report scheduling, publications, promotion management, and platform administration through the Central Management Console (CMC).
• Good Knowledge in SAP BusinessObjects platform administration activities, including user provisioning, access management, security configuration, and folder-level permissions.
• Collaborate with business users, Business analysts, database administrators, and ETL downstream teams to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Perform unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve production support incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides, and provide end-user training and support.
• Good Knowledge in Powerbi dashboard development and support. 
• Ability to Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
