Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience in SAP HR solutions and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SuccessFactors solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and project teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation and enhancement projects across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Design and configure solutions in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design and manage integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP systems, payroll, and third-party applications.
Support data migration, validation, and system configuration activities.
Ensure application security through Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and governance best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements.
Conduct design reviews, testing support, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with HR, business, and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and best practices.
Support Agile delivery, release planning, and change management processes.
Skill Requirements

9 to 12 years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, and data migrations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, payroll, or third-party HR systems.
Exposure to SAP BTP and HR analytics solutions.
Experience in global HR transformation programs.
