Summary The Senior Performance Executive serves as the strategic architect for paid media initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic ecosystems. This pivotal role focuses on driving maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) while reducing acquisition costs through rigorous optimization and cross-functional collaboration. By aligning closely with client services, creative, and analytics teams, the incumbent ensures that every advertising dollar contributes effectively to business growth and measurable performance targets. Responsibilities Campaign Architecture and Growth: Design, launch, and scale comprehensive paid media strategies spanning search, social, and display channels, including Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Continuous Optimization: Execute systematic A/B testing on audience segments, bidding algorithms, landing page experiences, and creative elements to enhance click-through rates, conversion efficiency, and overall return on investment. Financial Stewardship: Oversee advertising budgets with precision, ensuring resource allocation is dynamically adjusted to meet specific performance benchmarks and client objectives. Data Integrity and Tracking: Maintain rigorous standards for conversion tracking implementation, including Facebook Pixel/CAPI, UTM parameter configuration, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration. Strategic Reporting: Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly performance analyses that transform complex data sets into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders and external clients.
