Job Summary
Responsible for RMC plant quality control, laboratory activities, concrete mix trials, troubleshooting of concrete-related issues, site coordination, quality documentation, and QA/QC implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor RMC plant quality control and laboratory activities.
- Conduct concrete mix trials and testing.
- Troubleshoot concrete quality and technical issues.
- Coordinate with project sites, production, and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor raw material and concrete quality.
- Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation.
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant RMC/concrete experience.
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, testing, and RMC operations.
- Good troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
