Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job | Responsible for execution of all civil, MEP and interior design activities at the project site in coordination with various contractors, consultants and internal teams |
Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) | Project Execution Check whether the project timelines and individual schedules for the various areas including civil, MEP and Interior Design have been provided to the concerned contractors Provide the individual drawings as well as coordination drawing for all MEP areas to the appointed MEP contractors Ensure coordination with the QA/ QC team to undertake the quality testing of the material/s coming in Monitor the adherence to specified timelines/ schedules for the completion of various phases of civil, MEP and Interior Design work and escalate the non-adherences or delays in the schedule Ensure that the safety norms are followed by the contractor�s workforce and adequate safety arrangement are made in case of high rise structures
Civil MEP Services Undertake daily checks/ inspections of every area for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting equipment installations and fittings to ensure adherence to drawings and highlight issues Undertake complete testing of all equipment and service, electrical systems across all areas of the project-site including floor �wise, shaft-wise, central plant and final testing Ensure that the main equipment control and electricity load/ consumption is managed effectively by the BMS
Interior Design Initiate the process of preparation of carcass and furniture to be manufactured in the factory Coordinate with MEP to get clearance on the final MEP fittings (Lights/ grills/ etc.) in order to complete the final ID finishing (paint, fabrics, etc.) Check the line out of the walling done by the contractor on a daily basis and provide the required clearances in a timely manner Understand the budgetary allocation for various phases of the project across the areas of Civil, MEP and interior design and monitor the costs/ budget at every stage of the project execution and escalate any delays
