Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job

Support smooth execution of the project through effective inventory management at site by ensuring timely indenting, accurate documentation of receipt, storage and issuance of material and compliance with defined policies/guidelines

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

  • Responsible for raising and validating all indents as per defined formats for various departments at site as per the instructions provided by respective Functional Heads

  • Undertake regular follow-up with vendors for the delivery of materials as per the defined schedule and update the concerned department

  • Ensure proper checking of challans /delivery papers against the POs received at the time of delivery of materials

  • Ensure proper documentation of all materials received including Goods Receipt Note (GRN), QC report and forward the same to site Billing/QS department
