This is more than gathering requirements. You'll partner directly with customers to understand how they operate, challenge existing processes where needed, and design practical, scalable solutions that deliver real business outcomes. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, leading workshops, influencing stakeholders, and seeing your designs come to life, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: Australian Citizenship is required for this role. Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) will be highly regarded.
