About this role

ob Purpose

The Group Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing overall profitability across all business units, brands, or regional properties within the group. This role leads the development, implementation, and execution of data-driven revenue management strategies, dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and yield optimization. Acting as a strategic bridge between sales, marketing, and finance, the Group Revenue Manager ensures that all business streams align to hit target group growth metrics.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Pricing & Yield Optimization

  • Develop and execute cohesive, dynamic pricing strategies across all group entities to optimize market share and profitability.  

  • Establish inventory allocation strategies across direct and third-party distribution channels.  

  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to position group offerings effectively in various sub-markets.  

2. Forecasting & Business Planning

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual group revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.

  • Build advanced demand models using historical performance, market trends, and macro-economic factors.

  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., ARR, RevPAR, LTV, CAC, Margin per Segment) across all business units and highlight variances against budget.  

3. Commercial Alignment & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design high-ROI campaigns, promotional bundles, and go-to-market strategies.  

  • Oversee channel management strategies to minimize distribution costs while maximizing direct sales conversion.  

  • Deliver actionable performance reports and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members.

4. Tech Stack & Systems Oversight

  • Manage, configure, and optimize the group's Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Analytics tools, and distribution platforms.  

  • Audit revenue integrity processes, ensuring seamless data flow between CRM, ERP, and billing systems.  

  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI/ML revenue tools to streamline forecasting and price updates.
