Job Summary

A solid understanding of conferencing room solutions such as Teams rooms, Zoom rooms, Crestron, Logitech, etc. 2. Experience with remote management of conferencing room devices through web portals like Zoom portal, Teams room pro management portal, Crestron Xio etc. 3. The ability to handle conferencing room issues and perform health checks. 4. Monitoring of meeting room devices. 5. Knowledge of the dispatch process, vendor management, and replacing any faulty meeting room devices.
