An enterprise client is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the growth of its marketplace business in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate will identify, engage, and onboard local service providers through in-person outreach, relationship building, and community engagement. Job Description

• Identify and connect with potential service providers through in-person outreach, local networking, community engagement, and targeted research.
• Conduct face-to-face sales conversations to introduce the platform and convert prospects into qualified service hosts.
• Guide new service providers through the onboarding process and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads while ensuring consistent follow-up.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, independent professionals, and community partners.
• Gather market insights, customer feedback, and local trends to support growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead progress using internal systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, community engagement, or field outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence conducting cold outreach and in-person meetings.
• Proven ability to build relationships and convert leads into successful partnerships.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with small business owners, freelancers, or local service providers is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Highly preferred candidates will have:

• Familiarity with Bangkok's neighborhoods, local communities, and business landscape.
• Experience with field sales, marketplace growth, hospitality, or technology platforms.
• Professional communication skills in both spoken and written English and Thai.

• Work Arrangement: Primarily field-based with flexibility to work remotely for administrative tasks.
