Product Video Production Team – Technology Products

Company Description

An enterprise technology client is seeking an experienced video production agency or freelance production team located near its New Pangyo office in Seongnam, South Korea.

The selected partner will be responsible for capturing professional product and technical video footage for a global technology brand. Filming may take place at the client's New Pangyo office or at the production partner's nearby studio or production space.

The client's remote team will handle post-production. The selected production partner will focus primarily on production planning, set preparation, professional 4K filming, footage management, and delivery of organized raw video assets.

This opportunity may lead to recurring production work throughout the year based on product launches, marketing campaigns, training schedules, and other video-production needs.

Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for experienced video production agencies or freelance production teams with strong product videography, cinematography, lighting, and technical filming experience.

What You'll Do:

• Film product and technical videos at the client's New Pangyo office.
• Film product videos at your own studio or suitable nearby production space.
• Provide and operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, backgrounds, and grip equipment.
• Set up professional filming environments based on project requirements.
• Create realistic product-use environments, such as home-office setups.
• Develop and style custom sets rather than relying solely on neutral studio backdrops.
• Capture professional-quality 4K footage.
• Film detailed product demonstrations and technical processes.
• Capture product tabletop, close-up, and macro footage when required.
• Follow shot lists, scripts, technical requirements, and creative direction provided by the client's internal team.
• Manage and organize camera files and production media throughout each project.
• Maintain clear folder structures and properly label footage, takes, and other media.
• Collaborate closely with remote creative and production stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality raw footage to the client's remote editing team through an agreed secure transfer method.
• Provide production notes, camera reports, or other documentation when required.

Qualifications

Nice to Haves:

• Experience filming printers, consumer electronics, or other technology products.
• Experience capturing detailed technical or engineering demonstrations.
• Product tabletop and macro-filming experience.
• Experience creating realistic home-office or lifestyle environments.
• Experience designing, building, or styling custom sets.
• Experience working with enterprise or global technology brands.
• English and Korean communication skills.
• Flexible production capacity for future projects.

Deliverables

Depending on the project, deliverables may include:

• Professional-quality 4K raw footage
• Clearly organized camera files and folder structures
• Properly labeled footage, takes, and media
• Separately recorded audio files when applicable
• Camera reports and production notes, when required
• Secure transfer of all footage to the client's remote editing team

Specific shot lists, recording formats, frame rates, delivery specifications, and production schedules will be confirmed for each project.

Location Requirement

The production team must be located within approximately 45 minutes of New Pangyo, Seongnam, South Korea.

Some filming will take place at the client's New Pangyo office. For off-site production, the selected partner should have reliable access to a nearby studio or suitable production space.

Additional Information

The client's internal team will provide scripts, technical content, shot requirements, and creative direction. The production partner will be responsible for executing the filming and ensuring the resulting footage meets the agreed technical and creative specifications.

This is a project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work throughout the year, depending on product launches, marketing campaigns, training schedules, and other production needs.
