About this role
Job Summary
Scope of Work
- Government stakeholder management in Noida including all thematic areas – ECCD, Education, Health, Sports, Skill Development.
- Coordinate and manage the HCLFoundation internship programme end-to-end, including onboarding, coordination with college, tracking of interns, documentation and closure. This would require close coordination with various HCLF team members and HR department.
- Maintain programme trackers, MIS, dashboards, reports and documentation with high accuracy and regular updates.
- Coordinate with programme, finance, M&E, HR, administration and other internal teams for seamless operations.
- Prepare regular management updates, operational reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain strong working relationships with teams and stakeholders across all flagship programme of HCLFoundation
- Support programme reviews, meetings, audits and other organisational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to HCLFoundation's processes, compliance requirements and documentation standards.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and independently manage multiple priorities across locations and programmes.
