About this role
【職務概要】
產品維修工程師，主要任務為負責客戶退回RMA報修的產品，進行故障問題確認，參照產品SOP進行產品的功能測試、拆解組裝、更換異常組件修復，以及外觀檢查與包裝的整新作業
【主要工作內容】
1. 研華多樣化產品的故障原因分析與維修，包含專案類產品的整機系統維修整新。
2. 實際依照產品組態與測試結果進行故障檢測、產品拆解組裝、更換異常組件修復，以及外觀檢查與包裝的整新作業。
3. 檢修過程中，依照故障問題可能會需要與產品管理PM、產品研發RD、產品應用AE、產品測試PE、製造品質PQE…等單位密切合作，共同找出故障真因與維修方向，進行產品修復。
【人才需具備】
1. 大學以上，電機／電子學相關科系尤佳
2. 2年以上電腦主機維修相關實務經驗
3. 熟捻工業電腦的檢修與拆裝技巧，Windows作業系統安裝設定，以及DOS及Linux基本指令
